Elaboration
Grapes from our own vineyards. Temperature – controlled fermentation. Devatting at 14 days. Aged in oak cask for 120 days, where malolactic fermentation takes place.
Wine tasting
Intense cherry red, middle layer, with blue trim and violet tones. Attractive and bright. Nose with fine aromas of ripe fruit (blackberries, plum, etc.) with hints of licorice, all of this in harmony with light spicy and balsamic notes, well – integrated wood. In the mouth it shows a subtle tannins in balance with acidity. Slight bitter nuances give it long and character. It is fresh, full – bodied and well structured. The finish is intense and persistent.
Pairing and service
This wine combines nicely with creams, vegetables, stews, red and white meats, game, roasts, poultry, cured ham and cured cheeses. Ideal serving temperature between 12º and 15º C.
